Hot Sculpt is a heart-pumping, body-conditioning workout inspired by yoga principles. In 45 minutes, we combine low-impact strength training, light cardio, and controlled movement to strengthen muscles, build endurance, and improve stability on and off the mat.

We use infrared heat, light weights, bands, and props to activate specific muscle groups and increase functional strength, helping you feel more powerful in your regular yoga practice.

This class is high-energy, music-driven, and designed to challenge you safely. Open to all levels, with options to modify or advance. Expect to sweat, build strength, and leave feeling stronger.
