75 Hot Flow is a creative vinyasa sequence designed to connect body, mind, and breath. We start with a gentle warm-up, move into challenging postures and balancing transitions, and finish with an extended Savasana.

Practiced in infrared heat, this class supports detox, deeper flexibility, and improved mobility.

Open to all levels, with options to modify or advance. You’ll sweat, build strength, find focus, and leave feeling lighter and recharged.

In this 75-minute class, you can also expect:

  • A slightly faster pace and more dynamic transitions

  • Optional inversions and arm balance variations

  • Sequences that challenge strength, control, and endurance

  • A longer final savasana to reset and restore
